The resulting FlexoBPM Publisher is the main tool for transferring the knowledge to the distant entity running the service desk. It is used by operators to find the relevant information and Standard Operating Procedures. |

Key Benefits: User friendliness, rapid analysis and developmen.  This project analyzes and develops a web-based application to support the operational management in some Lean Six Sigma departments of ING in terms of job assigment, time recording and performance analysis. The objective was to keep this application as simple as possible. GWT Rich Internet Application technology was used even during the rapid prototyping phase of business requirement elicitation.

Key Benefits: Collaboration of remote editors and journalists.  Cullen International is a leading information services company, focusing on regulatory information for telecom, media and e-commerce. Flexo BPM Tool Set has upgraded their business processes and in fact their entire organization, from production to client segmentation, using FlexoBPM management-oriented BPM technology that bridges the gap between Business and IT by iteratively generating reusable code and documentation from a unique model.
This project involved creating Office 2007 Word documents dynamically within Flexo BPM workflow. In this project, a Service Oriented Achitecture (SOA) has been developed with many web services communicating with an Office 2007 server offering various functionalities for manipulating Office 2007 documents.

The change management was performed during the analysis phase with the prototyping based FlexoBPM methodology. |

KEOPS for "Knowledge Exchange Open Platform Shared" is a validated platform for UCB Pharma Research department Knowledge Management. This is certified project that was as critical as complex. It contains many modules and Web Services such as for example a Thesaurus Management System, a Query Builder, a Report Generator, ... It has called for intensive project management and collaboration with UCB Pharma. It has been in production for more than five years.

Process: Image processing chain between microscope and Biologist annotation.
Key Benefits: automization and usage of grid computer power.  We has been participating to the BioEmergences European Research Project. It has developed an experimental platform to observe in vivo the emergent patterns on various scales and measure their variability between different individuals of the same species. This platform implements and monitors a workflow for transfering data from a microscope to the IN2P3 CERN data centre in Lyon where a sequence of heavy image data processing is implemented before being visualized on the platform.
Within this project, a SOA platform has been developed that allocates the image processing tasks on the EGEE computer grid and monitors their completions.

Climact is a new actor in the field of CO2 impact compensation. They offer the possibility to individuals and organisations to calculate their personal CO2 impact. From that point it's possible to reduce this impact with some measures and finally the result can be compensated by buying shares in some CO2 reductions projects. The whole functional management system of the company that runs the website has been designed with FlexoBPM. Starting with an interative prototype-driven analysis phase to fully define the needs and the functional behaviour of the future Web-based application. From the analysis model automatical code was generated through Flexo BPM Enterprise. Then the developers added their own code to finish the application that runs Climact today. |

Key Benefits: Rich Internet Application (RIA) rapid prototyping and development.  Synthetron is a chat software that allows a large number of anonymous participants to identify the key ideas of a meeting without suffering from cacophony. Every participant send messages to its close neighbours, who then score their relevancy. The more relevant the message is considered, the more it is broadcast to further neighbours, until the most relevant messages automatically make up the conclusions of the meeting.
A new user interface has been defined and implemented using GWT Rich Internet Application technology. |

Electrabel Call Center - Move In / Move Out process management |

Process: Customer Move In/Out Process.
Key Benefits: Multiple input channel communication, rapid development, short ROI.  FlexoBPM methodology was used at N'Allo, Electrabel's call center, to dynamize the operators guide for the Customer Move In/out Process. At the same time the inbound calling time and the duration of the fulfilment procedures were also significantly reduced.
In this project, Flexo BPM has combined two input channels: voice at the call center and dynamic online forms on the Internet. Web services exchange data between the different channels. When a customer is stuck in an internet procedure, he is suggested to call N'Allo. With this service, the status to which he has arrived with the Internet procedure will be automatically recognized by the system and an operator will continue the customer’s case. The Flexo BPM tool allows easy and efficient process re-engineering (based on statistics generated by the application) and screen adaptations because it can track in a very precise way the time spend on every step of the procedure. |

UCB's Integrated Library System |

ILS or "Integrated Library System" is a web application allowing librarians to manage all the UCB Pharma Library content information on books, periodicals, articles, e-resources,etc. and facilitating the ordering, borrowing and distribution of any library reference work. The user can browse the whole Library content through the UCB Intranet and can also make different kinds of requests using the integrated RTS ("Request Tracking System") workflow also built with FlexoBPM.
